I was told in an email that I had a check from 2022 I needed to claim. Is this reallly for real?

I really want to win. I have a terminal illness COPD & I’ve been on life support 3 times already. I haven’t left my room in 6 years, only in a ambulance. I don’t have cartledge in left shoulder or right elbow & can’t carry huge tanks & I can’t get refillable tanks. I want a inogen to go visit my daughter & maybe out to eat or just Walmart. They cost 4 to 5 thousand dollars, that’s what I made all last year. The life vent was turned off late & knocked out a lot of my teeth. Affordable dental said $9,000.00. I’m 59 & look 99. Mytrailer has a few holes in the bathroom, I need new floor and change the bath to a closed in shower and I need a new back glass with 3 sliding doors . After that I can be a better person, & help my family. I know that’s alot but I have been playing for 8 years almost. And haven’t won anything 1000 surveys and not one gift card. I’ve played PCH for the same years & nothing. I guess I am a terrible person. Forgive me Lord.
